Extra sensors & controls naming

I have an HA instance with 10 Midea AC's

I have enabled 15 extras sensors and controls per device. When creating these extra entities its uses the device id and sensor name that is difficult to work when building an advance custom climate card. I have to rename 150 entities before I can use them.

Is there anyway to be able to rather use the device name to create these extra sensors rather then the device id?
