Using //UPLOAD should work similarly to //LOAD and allow editing of message before posting

In Main Menu:

If you //LOAD a file, you are asked "Allow editing? " and this will open the editor before you post.

If you //UPLOAD a file, it doesn't ask if you want to edit the file before posting.
