The guide has been password protected

The library's guide was password protected by Netlify.

Apparently this happens when they believe a site is being used for nefarious purposes.

I've opened an issue with them to try and get it set back to normal.

Netlify aren't going to unblock it until Netcraft have deemed it safe:

The most effective solution to address this issue is to contact Netcraft and request the retraction of the report, along with a clarification that it is a false positive.
Regrettably, there is little we can do on our end, as the red flags originate from the Netcraft report and Google's subsequent decision. We do not have control over whether the site is flagged as dangerous.
Once we receive confirmation from Netcraft that the site is not malicious, we will be able to remove the password protection. However, if Netcraft does not retract the report, the site will continue to be flagged and remain password-protected indefinitely.

I've put in the false positive request, let's wait and see 🫣

Netcraft appear to have given it a clean bill of health, hopefully unblocked soon by Netlify.

I've had word from Netcraft that it was indeed a false positive and they are going to send confirmation to Netlify.
