Write the report in ENGLISH, otherwise other people won't be able to understand what you are writing.

Check if the issue you are trying to report already exists in the issue list.

Check if you are using any of the incompatible mods listed in incompatible-mods.
A clear and concise description of what the bug is. Attach screenshots if needed or if you feel it could be useful.
Make a clear description of the steps needed to reproduce the behavior.
Fill out the following system information.
Provide related logs and/or crash reports. If you don't know where to look for them, normally you can find the latest log in the Minecraft instance folder at /logs/latest.log
