Add check to prevent accidental deletion of a 3D viewpoint

Its too easy to select Delete Viewpoint in 3D when you meant to select Load Viewpoint resulting in deleting a viewpoint when you didn't intend to. Just add a prompt asking if you really want to delete the viewpoint. Thanks
