Switching to Live Preview after adding a caption renders wrong image size

Describe the bug

After adding a caption to an image, the image's size becomes broken and large in Live Preview mode.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add a caption to an image in Live Preview or Source mode
2. Switch to Reading Mode
3. Switch to Live Preview Mode
4. Observe broken sizing of previewed image, expanding beyond readable line limits & requiring horizontal scrolling to view.

Expected behavior

• Sizing of image remains consistent between Reading and Live Preview Mode.
• Sizing of image remains consistent in Live Preview Mode with or without a caption.
