Clicking image does not open full size

Describe the bug
Clicking on a resulting image does not open it full size

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Drag image in to a note
Observe it is resized
Click on it
Nothing happens

Expected behavior
Clicking on a resized image should open it full size as it does without the plugin.
ie. ![[image.jpg|100]] would open image.jpg full size in the note.

Just realised this is a theme issue. I am using the 'Minimal' theme. Will have to investigate there.

I have just worked out that if the image link is defined as:

![[Untitled-1763896321741.webp|200x162]]

ie. with the height AND width then the full size image is not shown.

If I define as:

![[Untitled-1763896321741.webp|200]]

it works as expected.

Is there a way to have obsidian-image-converter not specify the height and specify width only?
