Support CXenstored's binary live migration format #13

Documented upstream in docs/designs/xenstore-migration.md
Most of the work is done in https://github.com/edwintorok/xen/pull/2/commits, but needs testing and porting.
It'd be very cool if it was possible to live update Cxenstored to Oxenstored - say if the latter is not susceptible to some vulnerability in the former - and the other way around
