[FAQ] How to get XenServer VM UUID from the machine?

So we have a machine in Vagrantfile up and running. 

.vagrant directory is created.

How to know the XenServer VM UUID?

Need this to apply additional provisioning using "xe" tool since lots of features are missing in "vagrant-xenserver" plugin.
