Issues recognizing wifi on AR750S

I am trying to connect my AR750S EXT to a wireless connection in the connections tab. I have been trying to understand why the wlan adapters are not showing up in advanced settings either. I checked the Openwrt profile before flashing the pineapple clone firmware, I saw that both 2.4 and 5G adapters were disabled. on the router. Are these adapters getting turned off when I flash pineapple clone?

I also get zero results from recon scans for either 2.4 of 5G. Has anyone had similar issues or knows of a way to turn on the wifi for this router when running the pineapple clone? Any other insights, something that I may have missed during installation? Here are the settings that I see currently:

Openwrt: openwrt-24.10.4-ath79-nand-glinet_gl-ar750s-nor-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin
Pineapple Clone: gl-ar750s-universal-sysupgrade.bin

If it's right the pineapple clone build for specific versions of openwrt and to be installed as required in instruction. Another available on patreon and i cannot receive any feedback from respective builder. Understand that updated openwrt now desired for use. please consider that I also can't find support for the updates. Im having difficulties understanding what you are tying to convey. Are you saying I should try to use the factory default Openwrt to flash the Pineapple Clone firmware?

I assume this ticket is for the private version. I left a comment saying that the older the OpenWRT version, the better it works.

Ok so go with the oldest version of Openwrt I can find? I saw somewhere that someone used 23.05.0 and says it works. I can try to roll back the version to an older release.

Also just so I understand, for example the "mango" pineapple setup you need to use two external usb wifi adapters to make it work. Do I also NEED to use two usb wifi adapters with AR750S? I was under the assumption that I could buy AR750S because it supports 2.4 and 5G out of the box, so no need for usb wifi adapters?

You should try them from oldest to newest, but it depends on what you're looking for. Normally, with OpenWrt 21 or 22, you already have all the good stuff from the modern versions, which are very refined and stable.

Regarding what you mentioned, routers have separate adapters for each band. So you have one running at 2.4 and another running at 5. If you want to use dual scanning like the Tetra has, you need to add another network card. And if you want to use all the features, you also need to add another one so you can connect to a router while you're connected via Wi-Fi and also using scanning.
