chore(deps): regenerate package-lock with npm 10 for CI compatibility

The previous lock was written by npm 11.10, whose peer-dependency
auto-install decisions differ from npm 10 (dpdm's typescript ^5.9.3
peer, statoscope's @rspack/core peer, keyv@5 under stylelint's cache
chain). CI runs Node 22 / npm 10.9, whose npm ci rejected the lock as
out of sync and failed the Playwright workflow at install.
