I’m currently working on a project where I need to contact a user based on their username from X.

My goal is to retrieve their email address in a way that complies with platform policies and privacy guidelines.
I’ve already used various APIs for this problem, but I didn’t complete correctly.

Are there any recommended methods, tools, or approaches to find a user’s email using just their username on X?
I want to ensure I do this ethically and within the platform’s guidelines.
