[Potential] Chihiro Compat Page

It'd be nice to have once there is real support for Chihiro (in progress) to have a compat page for it as it does use xbes, and probably will be picked up by the reporter (in some fashion)

We can certainly support Chihiro titles on the compatibility page. Maybe a tag/filter option would suffice.
