Bug Description

Seems motion blur is broken on Colin McRae Rally 2005. I don't think should that blurry, on demo mode on Japan Stage 1. I haven't test on hardware so don't know what suppose to look like but screen offset look off on top and left boarder.

Expected Behavior

Should match hardware.

Tested the pc version looks similar but the broken offset make blurriness look worse. seem motion blur set base on proximity to vehicle after certain distance doesn't use high res texture.
