Bug Description

1. Hard FPU emulation & Real-time DSP processing off, DSP JIT engine on, Vulkan backend, 1x IR
2. Launch the game of both regions: USA (NTSC) and Europe (PAL)
3. Watch till the "press start" title screen, not touching anything after Bink Video intro
   No background screens except for bitmap font.
