Inline quick tag edit

I suggest to add an inline "edit" form for quick tag edit.

See attached change for blossom theme.

Remaining problems to solve:

• change the function url('admin/update_tags') to work when no "Clean url" enabled
• after posting the form, refresh current page instead of redirecting to /admin/posts_tagged/
