Check and re-enable automated builds

Docker automated build has changed requiring private write perm to repos. The Docker hub settings still points to repo on NLeSC org, which might not work.

We should either create a service user (https://docs.docker.com/docker-cloud/builds/automated-build/#service-users-for-team-autobuilds) or build on Travis using Jobs/Stages/Matrix.
