Feature Overview

Enable users to filter and view ESLint issues attributed to a specific individual. Additionally, provide a way to list all files with ESLint issues for that individual.

Requirements

• Introduce functionality to filter ESLint issues by user/author.
• Display a list of files containing ESLint issues for the selected user.
• Ensure support for repositories with multiple contributors.
• Allow easy navigation between users/issues/files.
