Can other data be pulled from a PWS?

I have a PWS that uploads a range of data. Would HomeKit allow more e.g. rainfall?

@nickbrown20 what other metrics are you looking for (aside from rainfall)? I am going to work on adding Air Quality sometime today to the plugin... All "characteristics" available to be added are here - https://github.com/KhaosT/HAP-NodeJS/blob/master/lib/gen/HomeKitTypes.js

Update - It seemed more appropriate to just create a new plugin for the Air Quality sensor, so I did. https://www.npmjs.com/package/homebridge-airnow
