Bumps react/react-dom to ^19.2.0 and @types/react/@types/react-dom (incl. resolutions) to 19.x. Toolbox client-app type-checks clean under React 19 with no code changes. Pairs with the hoist-react react-19-upgrade branch (consumed inline via yarn startWithHoist for runtime testing).
