PC端没有正常关闭server，下次在测试之前先执行关闭动作会导致无法响应shell命令

在PC上执行：
adb shell am instrument -w com.github.uiautomator.test/android.support.test.runner.AndroidJUnitRunner
拔掉设备后再连接上PC，此时uiautomator进程还在。
shell@scorpio:/ $ ps|grep uiautomator u0_a105 1123 670 1617460 63816 SyS_epoll_ 0000000000 S com.github.uiautomator

此时重新forward端口后，调用stop api：http://127.0.0.1:9008/stop会导致shell卡死

我也发现这个问题了。并且这个问题在Linux上不会出现。
在Windows上用的时候每次都要重启cmd，好蛋疼。
