Description

After the latest update (v2.1.0), the app crashes immediately when I tap the submit button on the contact form.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the app on iOS 17
2. Navigate to Contact page
3. Fill in the form
4. Tap "Submit" button
5. App crashes

Expected Behavior

Form should be submitted and show success message.

Actual Behavior

App crashes with no error message.

Environment
