Sample Editor preview playback doesnt stop at the end marker point

If you hold down the play button in sample editor it will always preview play to the end of the sample no matter where the end point is set.

This actually requires quite a big change due to how the streaming playback for preview works at the moment and doesn't have the concept of a stop point, so going to move this to v2.4
