Serverless worker - db adapter - dynamodb

Hello, I am wondering if you considered about implementing a db adapter, so we could switch for instance from nedb to dynamodb which coule be a good scalable serverless option.
Also, I was wondering if it is possible to run the worker in serverless environment like lambda?
Are you still using this in prod?
