Grafana pod may make the deployment hang

Describe the bug
In my experiment, the Grafana pod will always be in a non-ready state (haven't got a chance to take a look at the logs). After the 300s timeout, the deployment of AIOps will throw an exception:

   raise Exception(f"[red]Timeout: Not all pods in namespace '{namespace}' reached the Ready state within {max_wait} seconds.")
Exception: [red]Timeout: Not all pods in namespace 'astronomy-shop' reached the Ready state within 300 seconds.
An error occurred while running the crew: Command '['uv', 'run', 'run_crew']' returned non-zero exit status 1.

One workaround is to skip the grafana pod:
In the aiopslab/service/kubectl.py file, use

ready_pods = [
    pod for pod in pod_list.items
    if pod.metadata.name != "grafana" and
    pod.status.container_statuses and
    all(cs.ready for cs in pod.status.container_statuses)
]
