Disabling auto reconnect on client creation

For my client I need to fully control the reconnect strategy. For now, I do manually call reconnect.stop() after the creation, but it may be useful in general to be able to disable it during the creation of the client.

Can you elaborate on the use case?

I actually would like to control the reconnect strategy, using exponential back-off. I also would like to get the opportunity to force a new target (alternate IP, not necessarily relying on DNS) to connect to.

Ideally @xmpp/restart should provide exponential back-off.

If you control the server you connect to and have peculiar needs, I suggest creating your own client https://github.com/xmppjs/xmpp.js/blob/main/packages/client/index.js
