Describe the solution to the problem
Encrypted message bundles served up a message history server should be short lived - stored just long enough to be downloaded by the respective other client. So there is no reason to persist them any longer than that. 1 day should be the maximum lifespan of a message bundle.
Ensure that files are culled from the storage on a daily basis.
