Providing hexcolor value in onCompletionResolve

Tailwind lsp provides color value in the completion object itself so I can use it in cmp

Would be great to have it in unocss-lsp too, the item.documentation.color can hold its value

@xna00 Could you please help us add some codes, so that we can get a better experience in cmp and blink, just like the above picture. We determine and set the color of the item in the lsp.
