Upload is limited to 2MB/s on Windows, but not on Mac

I have noticed this on WIndows Powershell. My uploads were capped at 2MB/s. Tested this with a single video upload, and it is indeed capped at 2MB/s. So I went to try on a VMPlayer Ubuntu, and my single, large file upload speed were much higher (~20 MB/s). So since this is a similar behavior on a Mac as per OP's post, I can say then this is a Windows Powershell limitation. I go on to add WSL2 on my windows machine, and the Ubuntu Terminal uploads were similar to the VMPlayer Ubuntu machine, which is much higher than 2MB/s. Hoping there is a workaround for this. What I do right now is just enable more upload streams since I don't upload a whole lot of large videos anyway.
