During Eclipse compilation, a cmd box pops up

xpack-windows-build-tools-4.4.1-2-win32-x64 without such issue

i also have same issue with "xPack Windows Build Tools v4.4.1-3"
but when i downgrade to "xPack Windows Build Tools v4.4.1-2" is work fine

edit:
after test, seem is "sh.exe" problem, use sh.exe of "xPack Windows Build Tools v4.4.1-2" is work fine, "xPack Windows Build Tools v4.4.1-3" is show starter.exe windows

I'll try to investigate at some point, but debugging Windows issues is a challenge for me.
