When the program starts, due to the enabled git synchronization, it takes a very long time to start, about tens of seconds. Is there any way to optimize this? #503

I have a few ideas:

  1. Configure the last updated SHA value: Compare local and remote records at startup, and if there are configuration changes, then synchronize (I'm not sure if this has already been implemented);
  2. Start first, then synchronize the configuration. During this period, use the local configuration as the standard and prohibit any configuration changes;

Some simple thoughts of mine, if developers are interested, they can take a look

Thank you for developing this software
