Crash on Right-Clicking System Tray Icon

XPipe crashes immediately when right-clicking its system tray icon. The application closes without any error message.

OS: Windows 11 23H2
XPipe Version: 20.3
Installation Type: Portable

I just tried this with the same configuration as yours, and didn't see any issue.

Can you go to XPipe -> Settings -> Troubleshoot -> Launch in debug mode, and try the same thing?

I tried running XPipe in debug mode as suggested, and the crash when right-clicking the tray icon does not occur.

Ah, the classic bug that disappears in debug mode. You can enable debug logging in release mode as well without disabling all the optimizations for debug mode. In your XPIpe installation directory, you can execute the following command in a terminal: xpiped.exe -Dio.xpipe.app.logLevel=trace -Dio.xpipe.app.writeSysOut=true

When running with xpiped.exe -Dio.xpipe.app.logLevel=trace -Dio.xpipe.app.writeSysOut=true, the same issue occurs. Here is the log file from the recurrence.

And does the process actually exit? The log does not show any errors. So either it hardcrashes without writing anything or it gets stuck in the background somehow where no window is showing

Yes, it did exit.

Ok I will look into trying to reproduce this more. Not sure yet why it only crashes on your system
