Resolve naming / functionality w/ xpublish-intake-provider

With the addition of this repo, we now have both xpublish-intake and xpublish-intake-provider. We should resolve these names to avoid confusion.

Suggestions:

• xpublish-intake-serve and xpublish-intake-load
• pull/push
• others?

If it makes sense, these could also be merged into one plugin repo with the commonality of the intake dependency.

xpublish-intake-serve and xpublish-intake-load seem pretty clear to me.

I don't currently have an opinion about combining them or not.

I think serve and load would work for me as well. I'd rather not merge them into a single repo though (or at least not a single package). I think that it's more likely that folks won't want to both serve and load in the same distribution.
