What went wrong?

• We moved this from Axiom Data Science to the xpublish community org during the IOOS Code Sprint.

• I update to Intake v2: update to intake v2 #7 (though haven't updated tests)

  • with this PR, serving to an intake catalog through the zarr plugin works for the "air" dataset through xpublish-dev but an opendap dataset did not work
  • I think for that type of dataset it might need to be served through opendap? Or another change just needs to be made, I don't know, I ran out of time. This is the next thing to figure out.
