PDFs: unpleasant overfull hboxes on wide tables (e.g. in XEP-0391)

Hi!
I noticed that in the PDF of XEP-0391 $5, the content of the last column is overlaying, which makes it hard to read. This might occur in other XEPs as well.

I don’t know what we can do about that. It seems to me that the content is simply too wide due to the unbreakable and long namespaces.

Similar issues occur with XML examples throughout the PDF files.

If anyone has a good idea what we can do about that, let us know.
