Description
- Put everything we need in job folder (it should work even if master_codes is removed)
- Get rid of cd before submission
- Take generate_distribution out of master codes
- Merge HTCondor and LSF workflows
- Job status monitoring from Hamish (without GUI)
- pymask --> align all examples to hl14 and test everything
- Solve bug with bunch selection for B4
- Generalize IP8 levelling (separate example)
We need postprocessing to keep working if study folder is moved/copied after jobs have finished
Presently working on:
- xsuite/example_DA_study --> main
- lhcopt/lhcmask --> release/1.3.0
- Xsuite --> main for all (pip install xsuite)
- xsuite/tree_maker
