Support for collaborator roles

The `Triage` and `Maintain` [roles](https://docs.github.com/en/organizations/managing-access-to-your-organizations-repositories/repository-roles-for-an-organization#repository-roles-for-organizations) need to be added. It looks like these aren't returned from the rest api, so this call will need to be switched to graphql.
