Re-generate submission files when template is changed #17
Description
Currently, when a job template is changed, the changes do not get reflected until new structures are generated (or old ones fail and are restarted). This can be frustrating at times because if an error is found in a submission script, all the jobs must fail or must be manually restarted in order for the changes to be made.
It would be nice if the change was reflected immediately to all jobs awaiting submission.
This probably won't be a part of r12, but it is something to consider in the future.
