Add theme toggle for Light and Dark modes.

I want a theme toggle that lets me switch between light and dark modes. The option should be easily accessible in the settings, remember my preference across sessions, and ideally respect my system's default theme on first visit. This would help reduce eye strain in different lighting conditions and match my personal preference for interface contrast.

Fanbox only has a light mode, not a dark mode, so I currently have no plans to add that feature.

I use Brave with the Dark Reader extension to set dark mode.
