Add Panic/Stop Sound support #12
Description
In FL Studio, when either pressing Stop twice or hitting Ctrl + H, a "Panic" / "Stop Sound" signal is sent to plugins. This makes it so that reverb tails instantly cut off.
Maybe even more importantly, the similar behavior is applied when bypassing a reverb plugin. Once un-bypassed, its buffer would've been emptied and there would be no residual tail coming back. CloudSeed did support this, but not CloudReverb.
I'm not sure if both of those cases can be grouped together (let me know your thoughts) but nonetheless I think it would be good addition(s).
