Health check incorrectly flags java 21 as not compatible with XWiki 17.10.2

Describe the bug
Running the heath check on XWiki 17.10.2 with the latest version of Admin Tools Pro (1.2.1) displays that java 21 is not compatible with XWiki. This occurred on the official Docker Image provided by XWiki SAS, where they chose what version of Java to use. Also, according to the JavaSupportStrategy, version 21of Java is supported for XWiki 17.10.2:

XWiki >= 17.10.1 Java 17 and 21

It's a duplication, see resolved issue #47 (comment) and yes due to extension code logic it will each time to print such false warning if you run new XWiki with new JDK. It doesn't impact functionality of your XWiki
