completion doesn't work until nb isn't initialized.

Though it's not a bug, I think that it's worth mentioning in the documentation. I spent quite a time trying to figure out what's wrong with it. Then I run nb, it asked for my git credentials and after that completions began to work.

P.S. nb was installed with wget not with npm. I didn't check the npm installation for autocompletion to work directly after install.
