[feature request] `nb edit` with no arguments opens the most recently edited file

when you're hopping in and out of a single file but forgot the id, it's kind of tedious to run nb to see the list, then run nb edit <id> using the id from the top of the list. It would probably be pretty easy to have nb edit with no arguments just open that file automatically.
