Please consider using glow's TUI instead of a pager

When nb is configured with NB_MARKDOWN_TOOL to use glow for Markdown rendering it invokes glow with --pager. Glow also has a --tui switch which provides a better interface for reading the rendered document than typical pagers such as less. If possible, please have nb invoke glow with the latter switch by default, or allow it to be a choice or, ideally, provide a general way to customize the invocations of various tools that nb can pair with.

I would also like to thank you for writing nb. It is a well-made software program. Interacting with it makes me happy.

I usually have nb (latest stable release) installed from AUR. I changed that to the nb-git package, also from AUR, to try and enjoy the changes. The default is glow --tui now and if I specify e.g., glow --pager for the value of NB_MARKDOWN_TOOL then glow's output is piped into the configured pager which in my case is the default less.

I didn't know your policy on closing issues so did not choose "Close with comment" after writing this.
