X-Ray for koreader

I know that writing a whole plugin for koreader would be exhausting. So what about a stardict dictionary ? I think it would be a great alternative, you can just a choose a name and look-up the character from the dictionary ? And as you add more books the plugin can add more charachters to the worddumb dictionary.

x-ray footnotes can be added to EPUB files. Also it's impossible to add conflict names from different books in the same dictionary.

Yeah about that, whenever ı try to add x-ray as a footnote I was unsuccessful. Am ı just going to click on create x-ray and wait for it finish the file ? Or something else in koreader because no matter what I did I wasn't able to get it working
