Support duckdb.

Add duckdb to the supported database.

This database can be tested automatically on a local PC, so it easy to implements and create test cases.

[NOTE]
Support for fetch_arrow_table and fetch_df is not required.

For compatibility with multiple databases,
Implementation must be within the scope of the PEP 249 definition.
