YUICompressor 'static' key

Please rename 'static' key into '_static' or else, since YUICompressor breaks on this line

We could probably just rename this to something like 'staticToolbar', 'stationary', 'fixed', etc. Not sure how popular YUICompressor is, but since it'd be pretty easy to call this something else I don't see any harm in renaming it...

We would have to keep supporting 'static' for backward compatibility, but we can completely remove the 'static' name when we release 6.0.0...
