IE11 text align on cursor without selection

Changing paragraph align on cursor without selection do not work in IE11.

Looks like this is true for any button in IE11 if you're using the following options:

{
    staticToolbar: true,
    updateOnEmptySelection: true
}

If you just have the cursor in the contenteditable without a selection, clicking the button causes focus to be lost, and nothing actually happens (thanks @patrick-webs for pointing this out as well)

This bug is visible on the demo/static-toolbar.html page in Firefox as well.
