Agent Guide (Hackathon)

  • Build for speed and clarity: prioritize a minimal, working solution for this 1-day hackathon.
  • Proactively use relevant skills from .agents/skills/ without waiting for explicit instruction.
  • For UI and component work, use shadcn MCP/tooling whenever relevant, and favor shadcn/ui patterns.
  • Design system: read docs/design-system.md before writing or editing any UI. It defines the QSTP "Quiet Ledger" palette, typography, components, and the pre-PR checklist. All UI work must conform.
  • Product thesis & data model: docs/research/02-solution-blueprint.md is the canonical source for what we're building and the event-ledger architecture.
  • Keep instructions synchronized:
    • AGENTS.md is the source of truth.
    • CLAUDE.md must only contain @AGENTS.md.
