* Bump version and create initial changelog entry

* Update Polish.properties (#14676)

* Update Bangla.properties (#14675)

Fixed two lines. One line had spelling errors, the other used "ঃ" instead of ":" which is inappropriate as "ঃ" is a part of the Bengali alphabet and not a punctuation. Using it the way it was used in the example "প্রয়জনঃ" is equivalent to writing the word "but" as "buto".
